These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the tc444 platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services. 1.3 These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the tc444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a tc444 account, you must:

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on tc444. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and must update your account information promptly if it changes. tc444 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain current account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tc444 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. tc444 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify tc444 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). tc444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance programme. Before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, tc444 may require you to submit identity verification documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the tc444 Privacy Policy.
4.1 tc444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani financial institutions. 4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tc444 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed at the tc444 cashier at the time of deposit. tc444 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
4.4 Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 2–4 hours to reflect in your tc444 wallet. tc444 is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider's processing times.
4.5 tc444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which tc444 accepts no liability.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit to your tc444 account. tc444 applies a "return to source" policy as a standard anti-money laundering control.
5.2 tc444 will not process any withdrawal request until all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. If your account verification is incomplete at the time of a withdrawal request, tc444 will contact you to complete the verification process before releasing funds.

6.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. tc444 does not apply bonus funds to wagers without the Player's knowledge; bonus balances are displayed separately from real-money balances in the account wallet.
6.3 tc444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim offers, collusion between Players to exploit promotional structures, or the use of arbitrage betting strategies in connection with bonus wagering — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
6.4 Where tc444 determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through exploitation of a technical error, tc444 may void the bonus, void associated winnings, and take appropriate account action including suspension.
7.1 All sports bets placed on tc444 are governed by the General Sports Betting Rules and Sport-Specific Rules published in the tc444 Sportsbook Help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. tc444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, for any reason and at any time, including where the platform suspects irregular betting patterns, automated betting activity, or the exploitation of manifest errors in odds pricing.
7.3 Manifest Errors. In the event that tc444 publishes incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, tc444 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect odds and to refund the stake. tc444 is not obligated to honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
7.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets on PSL, international cricket, football, UFC, and other events are available subject to data feed availability. tc444 is not liable for delays between on-field events and the update of in-play odds on the platform. Bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined due to feed latency may be voided at tc444's discretion.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.

16.4 Nothing in this clause restricts your rights to bring claims before a court of competent jurisdiction where such rights cannot be contractually limited under applicable law.
